There wasn't much left . .  .

 

Before we took any of the living van apart I took numerous photographs of all the details so we could rebuilt her as acturately as possible. I also measured all the timbers and made dimensioned drawings of the whole assembly so once in pieces it would make sense again !

We removed all the framework from the chassis in sections.
The floor is part of the structure of the van and was completely rotton.                              
Three of the five main chassis rail were repairable. The two side rails have now been replaced.
This shows the front of the van, as a sub-assembly, flat on the floor. This timber has been repaired and saved.
